Jerez is a beautiful city, recognised throughout the world for a unique and natural product, its wine, Sherry Wine. As well as providing all the distinguishing attractions and characteristics of Andalusia within the city itself and its surrounding area, the city also possesses a privileged location: in the south west of Western Andalusia and in the north west of the province of Cadiz. In addition, Jerez is found next to the Guadalete River , in an area of countryside formed by the meadows of the Guadalquivir River . It enjoys over 3200 hours of sun per year (295 days), a relative air humidity of 68% and a pleasant climate: an average of 11°C in winter and 25°C in summer.
